The original audio and each interpretation run on separate channels, and delegates choose their language on the headset. We supply the equipment (headsets and transmitters), set it up and test it. We do not provide interpreters.

How it works
Interpreter speaks into a mic
Each target language has its own mic. Seat interpreters where they can hear the speaker clearly, away from the audience.
Mic via mixer into a transmitter
Each language feeds its own transmitter; each transmitter is one channel.
Delegates pick a channel
Delegates switch channels on the headset; the red / blue / green LED shows which channel they are on.

A bilingual event only needs 2 channels. If no one needs the floor language on a headset, all 3 channels can carry interpretations.
What we supply, what you arrange
We supply headsets and transmitters (free, up to 3 per order), deliver and set up, test before start and brief your team on hand-out and collection. An on-site technician is optional at 200,000 VND/hour.
We do not provide interpreters. You book the interpreters and arrange audio sources (mics, mixer) for each channel; we advise on connecting them to the transmitters.

Frequently asked questions
Do you provide interpreters?
No. We supply equipment only; you book the interpreters.
How many languages can you run?
Up to 3 channels at once, e.g. the floor language plus 2 interpretations, or 3 interpretations.
How many delegates can listen to one channel?
Unlimited. One transmitter serves any number of headsets.
Will the battery last a full-day conference?
The battery lasts 10 hours continuously per charge, and headsets arrive fully charged. Spare headsets can be prepared on request.
Do you provide a contract and VAT invoice?
Yes. We sign a service contract and issue VAT invoices to companies. Prices exclude 8% VAT and delivery.
