FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How many headsets can one transmitter serve?
An unlimited number. Each transmitter carries one channel; for 2 or 3 simultaneous channels, use 2 or 3 transmitters. Transmitters are free on request, up to 3 per order.
How long does the battery last?
10 hours of continuous use per charge. Headsets arrive fully charged and recharge via USB-C.
What if a headset is lost or damaged?
Any damage or loss is recorded at collection. The renter covers repair costs, or compensates the equipment's market value if it is badly damaged or lost, as set out in the contract and handover record. This is deducted from the deposit. Normal wear and tear is not charged.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as possible, especially for large events, so we can reserve enough equipment and plan delivery. For last-minute needs, call or message 0888 441 886 to check availability.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. We issue VAT invoices to companies and sign service contracts when needed. Listed prices exclude 8% VAT.
