Per-headset retail price for the whole rental period (excluding 8% VAT and delivery). Transmitters are free, up to 3 per order.

Quote, contract, deposit
We send a quote and sign a service contract if needed; the deposit is 200,000 VND per headset.
Delivery, setup, briefing
Delivered to your site or picked up from us, tested before the visit, with a briefing for your staff on hand-out and collection.
Collection, refund, invoice
We count the equipment, refund the deposit within 24 hours after inspection and issue a VAT invoice.

Frequently asked questions
How many visitors can one transmitter serve?
Any number of headsets. Each transmitter carries one channel; up to 3 per order.
Can several groups run at the same time?
Yes, each group uses its own channel, up to 3 at once. Visitors set the channel on the headset, and the LED shows which one they are on.
What does a monthly rental cost?
30 days: 1,200,000 VND per headset (excluding 8% VAT and delivery). Large quantities or over 30 days: custom quote.
How long does the battery last?
10 hours of continuous use per charge, charged via USB-C.
Where do you deliver?
Pick up and return at Thuê Nhanh in Hanoi or HCMC, or we deliver to you (including Da Nang; please contact us for other provinces).
