Personal data protection policy

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

When you submit the quote form or contact us, we may collect:

• Name, phone number (Zalo), email.
• Company or organisation name (if any).
• Event details: event type, headset count, channels, date, city and venue, add-on services, notes.
• Source data: how you heard about us, UTM parameters, ad click IDs, the page you submitted from, referrer, time and language.
• Invoicing and contract details when you rent (legal name, tax code, address).

3. Why we process it

• Contact you, advise you and send the quote you asked for.
• Fulfil your rental: contract, delivery, collection, deposit refund, VAT invoice.
• Measure which channels work and improve our website and service.
• Meet legal obligations (accounting, tax).

4. Legal basis

We process data based on your consent (the unticked consent box on our form), to perform your rental contract, and to meet legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out.

5. Storage and sharing

Data is stored in our company CRM, with access limited to staff who need it for their work.

If our website uses analytics or advertising tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, some browsing data may be shared with these providers and stored on their servers, which may be outside Vietnam. We do not sell personal data.

We may share data with delivery partners when needed for handover, or with competent authorities as required by law.

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above, or longer where the law requires (e.g. accounting records and invoices). When no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

As a data subject, you have rights under the Personal Data Protection Law, including:

• To be informed about how your data is processed.
• To give or withdraw consent.
• To access, correct or delete your data.
• To restrict or object to processing.
• To complain, report, take legal action and claim compensation as provided by law.

8. Security

We apply appropriate organisational and technical measures, such as access controls, to protect data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
