SSounds Talk – headsets for multi-session conferences and interpretation
Every attendee wears a wireless headset and picks a channel: the session they want, or the language they need. Up to 3 channels at once, range up to 300 m, 10 hours of continuous battery. We deliver, set up and test before doors open, with a service contract and VAT invoice.

Three ways to deliver audio to your audience
Not every conference needs headsets. Use this table to pick the right setup for your programme.

Very large formal conferences that need standard interpreter booths and multi-channel infrared systems are a different category of equipment. For those, we are happy to advise and refer you to a suitable provider.
How the signal flows
Each transmitter sends one channel to an unlimited number of headsets. Three transmitters = three channels running at once.
Speaker / interpreter
Speaks into the stage or interpreter microphone.
Mic → mixer
The mic signal goes through a mixer (or comes straight from a laptop or phone).
Transmitter, channel 1 / 2 / 3
Each source plugs into its own transmitter; each transmitter carries one channel, with a range of up to 300 m.
Headsets (colour by channel)
Listeners switch channels on the headset; the LED shows red / blue / green by channel, so organisers can see at a glance who is on which channel.

How we work with organisers
Brief & quote
Send us headcount, number of sessions or languages, date and venue. We propose channels and headset count, send a quote, sign a service contract if needed and take the deposit.
Technical check
We deliver, connect the transmitters to your audio sources and test every channel before start. All equipment arrives cleaned, checked and fully charged.
Operation
Headsets are handed out and attendees are shown how to switch channels. An on-site technician for the whole programme is optional at 200,000 VND/hour.
Collection & deposit refund
We collect and count the equipment; your deposit is refunded within 24 hours after inspection. VAT invoices are issued for companies.

Frequently asked questions
How many headsets can one transmitter serve?
There is no limit on headsets. Each transmitter carries one channel; for 3 channels at once you use 3 transmitters.
Do you charge for transmitters?
Transmitters are free on request, up to 3 per order.
Will headsets work in a large hall?
Range is up to 300 m from the transmitter. During the brief we advise where to place transmitters for your floor plan.
How long does the battery last?
10 hours of continuous use per charge, charged via USB-C. Headsets arrive fully charged, enough for a full conference day.
Do you provide a VAT invoice and contract?
Yes. We issue VAT invoices to companies and sign a service contract. Listed prices exclude 8% VAT and delivery.
What if we need interpreter booths and an infrared system?
That is a different category from SSounds headsets. We can advise you and refer you to a suitable provider.
