Each transmitter sends one channel to any number of headsets. Up to 3 transmitters per order means 3 groups or 3 languages on 3 separate channels.
The LED on each headset shows the channel colour (red / blue / green), so group leaders can see at a glance who belongs to which group.

Frequently asked questions
Does a large group need several transmitters?
No. One transmitter serves any number of headsets. You only need more when splitting into groups or languages (up to 3).
How far can visitors be from the transmitter?
Up to 300 m from the transmitter.
Will the battery last a full-day tour?
Yes, 10 hours of continuous use per charge, USB-C charging, and headsets arrive fully charged.
Can tour operators rent for a whole season?
Yes. 30 days is 1,200,000 VND per headset; longer terms or large quantities get a custom quote.
Where do we collect the equipment?
Pick up and return at Thuê Nhanh in Hanoi or HCMC, or we deliver (including Da Nang; other provinces on request). Deposit 200,000 VND per headset, refunded within 24 hours after inspection.
