SSOUNDS TALK
Silent conference – parallel sessions in one shared space
Expos, summits and trade fairs with stages close together: each stage runs on its own channel, and attendees put on a headset and pick the session they want. No more speakers competing with each other.

Why go silent
With PA speakers
- Nearby stages bleed into each other; audiences struggle to follow.
- Volume goes up, and booths and networking areas get noisy.
- You need partitions or separate rooms for each session.
With SSounds headsets
- One channel per session, clear audio right in the listener's ear.
- The shared space stays quiet, so booths can keep talking.
- Listeners switch channels themselves; channel-coloured LEDs make it easy for staff to see who is where.
Laying out stages and channels
Each stage needs one audio source (mics via a mixer, or a laptop) plugged into one transmitter. One transmitter sends one channel to any number of headsets, with a range of up to 300 m.
We suggest fixing one channel per stage and showing it on signage, so attendees know which session is on which channel.
- Channel 1 – red LED: e.g. main stage.
- Channel 2 – blue LED: e.g. breakout session A.
- Channel 3 – green LED: e.g. breakout B or a workshop.
