How many headsets do you need?
The rule is simple: one headset per visitor, one transmitter per language or group, plus spares as you require.

Transmitters are free, up to 3 per order. We will advise on mic and transmitter placement along your tour route during the brief.
Protective equipment and trials
SSounds headsets are an over-ear design. Every plant uses different helmets and hearing protection, so we recommend trying the headsets with your own PPE before rolling them out.
Your EHS team can rent for a short period to trial one visit, then move to a monthly rental once visits are regular.

Daily or monthly quote, service contract, deposit of 200,000 VND per headset.
Delivery & briefing
Delivered to your plant, tested, and your staff shown how to hand out, collect and charge via USB-C. Equipment arrives cleaned, checked and fully charged.
Collection & invoice
Collection and count, deposit refunded within 24 hours after inspection, VAT invoice issued.

Frequently asked questions
Can the headsets be worn with safety helmets?
They are an over-ear design. Since helmets differ from plant to plant, we recommend a trial with your own helmets and hearing protection before going live.
Can we rent by the month?
Yes. 30 days is 1,200,000 VND per headset (excluding 8% VAT and delivery). Large quantities or longer terms get a custom quote.
What about visitors speaking different languages?
One channel per language, up to 3 at once. We supply the equipment only, not interpreters.
Do you provide a contract and VAT invoice?
Yes. We sign a service contract and issue VAT invoices to companies.
Do you deliver to industrial parks outside the city?
Yes, we deliver to site. For locations outside Hanoi, HCMC and Da Nang, contact us on 0888 441 886 (phone/Zalo) for a delivery quote.
