The 4 steps
Choose a package or send a request
Tell us how many headsets you need, how many channels (1, 2 or 3), the date and the venue. Use the quote form, call or message us on Zalo at 0888 441 886. For large events, book as early as you can so we can reserve enough gear.
Confirm the quote, sign, pay the deposit
We send an official quote (prices exclude 8% VAT and delivery). Once you approve, we sign a service contract if needed and you pay a deposit of 200,000 VND per headset. Companies receive a VAT invoice.
Delivery, setup and testing before showtime
We deliver and set up the transmitters, or you pick up at our HCMC or Hanoi location. Everything is tested before the event starts and we show your team how to hand out and collect headsets.
Collection, count, deposit refund
After the event we collect and count the equipment with you. Your deposit is refunded within 24 hours after inspection.
What's in the kit
Before every rental, the equipment is cleaned, checked and fully charged.
Wireless headphones
Over-ear, 3 channels, LED light that changes colour with the channel. 10 hours of continuous battery.
Transmitters
Each transmitter carries one channel to an unlimited number of headsets. Free on request, up to 3 per order.
USB-C charging cables
The headphones charge via USB-C.
Spare headsets
We can add spare headsets on request.

A hands-on walkthrough at handover: switching on, changing channels, handing out and collecting headsets.
Technician (optional)
200,000 VND/hour: sets up transmitters, hands out and collects headsets, supports you throughout.
What happens on event day
Delivery
Equipment arrives at the time agreed in the quote/contract, or you collect it from our location.
Setup and test
Connect your audio source (mixer/DJ desk, laptop, phone, or microphones via a mixer) to the transmitters and check every channel before doors open.
Hand out headsets
Hand out headsets at the entrance and show guests how to switch on and pick a channel. The LED colour shows who is on which channel.
Running the event
Guests switch channels themselves. If you book a technician, we stay on hand for the whole programme.
Collection
Collect headsets at the exit and count them with us. The deposit is refunded within 24 hours after inspection.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How far ahead should I book?
As early as possible, especially for large events, so we can reserve enough equipment and plan delivery. For last-minute requests, call or message us on 0888 441 886 to check availability.
Can I pick up and return the equipment myself?
Yes. Pick up and return at Thuê Nhanh HCMC (280C14 Luong Dinh Cua, Binh Trung Ward) or Hanoi (No. 7, Lane 487 Hoang Quoc Viet, Nghia Do Ward), 8:30 am – 5:30 pm daily.
Do I need a technician on site?
It's optional. We show you how everything works at handover. If you'd like someone to set up, hand out and collect headsets and support you throughout, add a technician at 200,000 VND/hour.
When do I get my deposit back?
Within 24 hours after you return the equipment and we finish the inspection.
Can you deliver or collect outside business hours?
Yes, just arrange it in advance via hotline/Zalo 0888 441 886.
