How is a multi-day expo priced?
Multi-day hire lowers the daily rate; for large packs the discount is set in your quote. Send headset count, days and venue to get one.
Do you issue VAT invoices and contracts?
Yes. We issue VAT invoices to companies and sign service contracts when needed.
Can someone help at the booth?
Yes, an optional technician at 200,000 VND/hour sets up transmitters, hands out and collects headsets and supports the whole event.
What if visitors walk off with a headset?
Each headset has a 200,000 VND deposit, refunded within 24 hours of return. Loss or damage follows our deposit & damage policy and the contract, so staff the hand-out point.
